Arbeitsatmosphäre
Location in the center of Zurich close to the mainstation. Open office, nevertheless very calm in the office as people use separate rooms for their calls. Kitchen, two screens and infrastructure for home office. People are open minded and very professional and the equipment makes the daily work easy.
Kommunikation
Within Badenoch+Clark it is good. Communication between the group and the branches / deparments is difficult because of the size of the whole company but should be improved. Sometimes there are made decisions without communicating to an affected person.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
People from different countries and cultures. Very good mix. There are different attitudes and opinions like in every bigger company. All in all everyone works for the same goal.
Work-Life-Balance
In sales people know how work life balance is in this area. The company handles it good and is open to talk about specific wishes what is good. Unfortunately there is less flexibility regarding holiday than in other companies.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The management has every time an open door and ideas can be implemented. Unfortunately there were set rules within the company but they are not valid for everyone and rigorously enforced by the management. Who performs is in the right, no matter how.
Interessante Aufgaben
You can work very autonomous and you are responsible for your own business so there are many different and challenging tasks to do which change many times. You never know in the morning what the day will bring to you.

It depends on you and your performance. A clear education plan is not there like in other companies. You can choose and apply on your own for further trainings. There are intents to improve this.
