As long as you're billable, the leadership shows very little interest in communicating outside of the quarterly business updates

Due to the bodylease set-up, you have very little exposure to colleagues. In most cases there's only a sense of competition amongst colleagues on the same account when the promotion time windows approach

Empty promises, no interest in developing employees as everyone can be replaced easily with a generic testing or PMO profile.
Missteps by senior mgmt (MPs in particular) are condoned by HR and the partners.
Covid: Capco chose to furlough me and several other colleagues for extended periods. At the same time, new colleagues were hired and seemingly sufficient funds were available to acquire andrion.

Promotions happen based on being inside the inner circle of the decision makers. Actual work performance is secondary. There is only a very limited selection of trainings available.
