Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Lack of respect and appreciation. No team events (not only project teams), no investment in their people. They accept the high turnover without changing anything. Poor communication, no transparency and honesty.

The company is not doing well. Not a good atmosphere and the Indian company Wipro, which has taken over capco, makes everything even worse.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Taking people seriously and valuing them. Consulting or not, do something about the high fluctuation. Invest in your good employees. Get rid of the lazy people who pretend to work. Also in leadership.
