Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
1 - Weak corporate strategy (or one that is immediately toppled at the first adversity, see above).
2 - Corporate culture issues. There is a huge gap between how Capco markets itself (e.g. "best employer", inclusion initiatives etc.) and the reality on the ground. In Zurich, Capco really is medium-sized company but hides behind a shabby, narrow-minded policy culture as one would expect only from the worst large companies.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Capco Zurich needs to decide what it wants to be: On the one hand, there is allegedly a growth strategy in place. On the other hand, as soon as there are more than handful of people not on a client project, one can witness how the partners get very nervous and "fall back" to making opportunistic decisions. If Capco really believes in its growth story, it should withstand some adversity.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
As you proceed with the career, your peers become your enemies competing for revenues, talking to the same clients as you are trying to acquire business. There are no incentives to help peers at this level.

Poor. Important stuff one usually gets to know via informal channels, not by the firm.
