Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
HR is fighting to change the work atmosphere.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Indian-style management, where they all cover for eachother. They are all busy busy, yet when asking with what.... Senior Account managers that are not known by the client (for 3 years there, client has no clue who he is, not even name recognition) Loosing a big account and not getting any new business means getting a promotion.
Those kind of things.... does not make it an attractive place to work.
Maybe you should count the number of burn-outs.... that number should worry you.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Get yourself a more swiss management that actually knows CH and works with CH norms and values. Not all of the employees have to be able to speak german, but if 90% doesn't (not even french either) you cannot serve the CH market properly
Arbeitsatmosphäre
"Do as i say, not as i do" mentality. On projects it is good, but they are surprised when you come of a project (even though communicated months before) and seem annoyed one did not find himself a new project
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Good on projects, once off project there is management vs consultants.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
below any level. You do not exist unless there is a mandatory meeting which impacts your managers bonus if he doesn't. Smiling in your face, but talking badly behind your back. If you speak up, they will start bad mouthing you, you will be offered project far away (even though the agreement was, no full-time traveling) Blaming not being on a project on the employee, instead of sales 'use your own network to find something'
Gleichberechtigung
As a women, you do not stand a chance here.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
which older colleagues?
Image
Name is barely known in CH.
