Good general communication, with management trying to involve us in the objectives and results.
Internal communication: you can contact easily the other departments.

Really good, everyone helps everyone even. If a department is overloaded, it has the support of the other teams. Great party with everyone.
Work-Life-Balance
Lot of work in every department, it's really not boring. You have to be ready to work a lot and fast with more intense periods.
Good:
- Flexibility with working hours. If something comes up and you have to leave 1 hour before, it's ok.
- Unpaid leave can be requested
- Sport: you can do Sport at lunchtime with other colleagues to recharge your energy:)

It's often the same in the operational departments. However, we help our customers to realise their projects and we are often thanked for it, this point really matters to me.
