Quite a bit of pressure owing to having targets to meet, but targets are reasonable.
Generally a good atmosphere, although very busy so sometimes can be quite stressful. Chill-out room to de-stress. Small staff turn-over - many people have worked in the company for over seven years and a quite a few over ten years.

Generally good. Now and then a glitch where perhaps something has not been communicated as well as it could have been. Many different nationalities, so sometimes differences in communication.
As with any position, not everything is always interesting. Some tasks are more interesting than others, but generally all positions have a good mix.

Not seriously or competently managed. High staff turnover. The good and qualified employees move on.
Coaching for the management is urgently needed and hire competent staff according to their position.
