The European team provides a great atmosphere and work environment by mostly being able to ignore any impulses in that regard from the US headwuarters

Company-wide communication is barely existing and if the local team wouldn't stick together and share, communicate and improvise, it would be a Desaster to work for ELS

The teamwork within Europe is exceptional. The teamwork on US side however is best described by total absence
