There are many things I appreciate about Exeon. In Particular, the diverse team, flexible workhours, open communication structure, driven management, autonomous work style, and high degree of responsibility.

There are no specific things that I dislike about the company.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
There is not really something I can critic about Exeon. However, as I enjoy going to the office and spending time with colleagues, I would hope that others would come to the office more often as well.

As a IT SaaS company, we have a minimal ecological footprint. However, I feel like the ecological and social environment are taken into consideration from management. As an individual contributor, I am just unable to say this with complete uncertainty.

Eventhough there are some weeks that are more stressful then others, I feel that the work load is adequate and the flexible work hours help achieving your goals in a timely fashion.

A small, but diverse international team (25) with really talented people and flexible, down to earth management team.

Really good work-life balance. People can decide whether they work from home or from the office, and flexible hours are possible too.

Professional development is highly encouraged - although there are no corporately organised trainings yet apart from the induction training - and a lot can be learned on the job too.

The team is very inclusive and the older colleagues are really fun to work with as well.

The management team of 5 is very professional, reachable and responsive. They take advice from the teams as well as give every employee trust and freedom without micromanagement.

The office is well located, but the company has outgrown the number of meeting rooms, so it can be a bit crowded sometime for those who like going there to socialise.

Very transparent communication both between colleagues and managers. I also feel safe sharing my opinion and concerns with my managers.

Several colleagues work with a 20-30-50-80% workload and everyone is treated fairly and with respect. The maternity and paternity benefits have just been upgraded, which makes it a very cool place to work at.
Interessante Aufgaben
The product, ExeonTrace is a really exciting software on the market to work on and the daily tasks are also fun to work on.
