Senior management, one man show, dictatorship: Fish stinks from the head.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

There is no proposal to improve as the system is toxic and needs an overall cleaning of the entire system. Audit and control mechanisms do not apply as all these committees are made up of non-neutral and weak people who receive privileges and benefits for their services. They would therefore never speak out against a person or an illegal action in the system. Removal of monopoly power and separation of tournament organization from governance. Creation of two independent companies with separate managements.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

To many egoistic people in senior management which are only power and self-interest oriented. Staff who work hard has no meaning to the people in the top. There are no reliable and trustful people in senior management you can share and talk openly about your concerns and views. Criticism of management is not tolerated and is punished with dismissal. Employees are scared of senior management as they live on a daily basis with fear to lose their jobs. No one in senior management is fighting back against the president's autocratic unilateral actions because the C-level is filled with either friends or incompetent managers. Furthermore senior management is filled with weak people who follow the president unconditionally and are not allowed to contradict him. Otherwise they face immediate dismissal. President has replaced the C-level twice in eight years. High fluctuation in both management and staff levels.

Kommunikation

No flow-down and no information on company related matters to staff. Staff remains uninformed and gets information from external sources rather than people who are leading the company. Only secrets and hidden games behind the scenes. The soul of football is being sold for the president's own economic power and gain. The employees have no access to management because there is a great deal of arrogance and overconfidence in senior management. "The employees are not good or qualified enough to be allowed to speak to chiefs." The senior managers think they are better than everyone else, but many of them are technically incompetent in their positions or positions on the floor are filled by friends or family members who are not experts and have no experience in their field at all. One gets what he wants and the other gets a nice career ladder as a reward.

Interessante Aufgaben

If you are a football and sports lover you are at the right place with very exciting tasks. But also too many people who have no idea from football and sports in general. Me personally I would never employ someone who does not understand the product and cannot identify him/herself with the company. These people can never reach out to their maximum potential without having the passion for the sports.

Gleichberechtigung

Many hires with Vitamin B and unfair promotions among employees. If you belong to the group of friends or to the family from senior management, you don't have to do much. Chief HR is being given the request from the very top to get family members and friends to the top very quickly...

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Very dynamic and young environment. Lack of project and process thinking. Freestyle and independent work of the departments with tunnel vision and no empathy for others. The problem in the company is that there are few employees who know how the big picture works and what dependencies there are between the departments. But these good people are not allowed to get a chance out of envy and are disempowered or their authority is taken away from them. There are no general guidelines on how to do things; everyone can try things out and reinvent things. Can be very problematic if you have to work together towards a goal.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Management stays in five star hotels, receives extraordinary benefits etc., but when it comes to providing services to staff which are working very hard day and night, then services are being downgraded.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

600k kilometers flight distance by the President within three years speaks for itself. More bla bla commitments to authorities rather than respecting them.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

No balance between Workforce and the rest in Management. You do your job over average for years but there is no appreciation or any significant salary increase over the years. Salary increase is just based on 1-2% inflational increase.
