- Competitive and ego-driven behavior among consultants, hindering teamwork
- Concerns about the lack of respect and recognition for recruiters and consultants.

- They attribute their behavior to "Latin culture," but it's not reflective of true Latin culture; rather, it stems from their own negative traits.

- Furthermore, the salary difference between recruiters and consultants is insanely large. Consultants receive an amount that is not justified.
