Well-located offices
There are still a few quality employees left
This company has been on a downward spiral for several years. A lot of good employees have left because of the two people in charge of management. Human values have given way to a purely profit and money orientation. Service to customers and candidates no longer exists.
Flexible work, remote work possible 2 days per week.
Very kind people, no internal competition among consultants.
- Pleasant office environments across all locations.
- Organizing an annual company trip, which is appreciated by the majority of employees, although it is noted that those who have resigned are subsequently excluded from participation.
- Flexible working hours that support work-life balance.
I have gathered the following feedback based on extensive discussions with numerous employees. It's important to recognize that these viewpoints reflect a widespread sentiment among the teams and locations.
- Challenges with employee integration
- Exclusion of newcomers from the core group.
- Many employees frequently face verbal reprimands and lack of respect from the management.
- Competitive and ego-driven behavior among consultants, hindering teamwork
- Concerns about the lack of respect and recognition for recruiters and consultants.
- caution with your manager/supervisor, as they operate under the same roof and may exhibit the same lack of transparency and trust as the CEO.
- They attribute their behavior to "Latin culture," but it's not reflective of true Latin culture; rather, it stems from their own negative traits.
- Unfulfilled promises and abrupt changes impacting employees.
- Gossip and toxicity prevalent among staff.
- Overbearing micromanagement from the CEO and managers
- There is a noticeable lack of self-control and emotional unpredictability among leadership, which contributes to a turbulent and toxic work environment.
- There has been a significant number of voluntary departures and some involuntary forced exits, which are concerning developments.
- Concerns about the company's financial stability and ongoing viability.
- Cease micromanagement practices immediately and prioritize respect for employees.
- Reevaluate the policy on remote work to build trust and flexibility.
- Demonstrate genuine appreciation for all staff members, especially recruiters and consultants.
- Improve support for sick employees and consider their well-being.
- Consider the reasons behind high turnover rates and prioritize efforts to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Review financial strategies to prioritize investments in employee welfare.
- Encourage consultants to collaborate effectively as a team.
- Don't name the recruiters "les filles", it is disrespectful. They are not assistants.
- Provide opportunities for recruiters who aspire to transition into consultancy roles.
Toxic all over

Flexible working hours that support work-life balance
but Restrictive home office policies (Mondays & Fridays are not allowed)
Nothing specific
They don't provide opportunities for recruiters who aspire to transition into consultancy roles. No career oppurtunities.
only consultants were senior
- Overemphasis on micromanagement throughout the organization.
- Issues related to the founder's management style, which some find unpredictable and emotionally charged, contributing to a toxic workplace environment.
- Management practices that are perceived as lacking in appreciation and fostering toxicity.
- They claim there's no hierarchy between consultants and recruiters, but in reality, consultants often treat recruiters as personal assistants and do not appreciate their contributions.
Inadequate or non-existent employee benefits.
Poor communication both internally and externally.
- They offer minimal social security coverage and inadequate working conditions, such as limited sick leave compensation at 80%. They strictly adhere to the bare minimum of legal requirements without offering any additional benefits or services.
- Salary was good but with significant differences among employees, so not fair wages.
- Furthermore, the salary difference between recruiters and consultants is insanely large. Consultants receive an amount that is not justified.
- Inadequate or non-existent employee benefits.
- They name the recruiters "les filles", it is disrespectful. They are not assistants.
- Discrepancies between stated values and actual practices, particularly regarding hierarchy between consultants and recruiters.
- Recruiters' perspectives are disregarded here; consultants often assume they know best in all matters.
- They claim there's no hierarchy between consultants and recruiters, but in reality, consultants often treat recruiters as personal assistants and do not appreciate their contributions.
very monotonous and repetitive
No opportunities for development.
