Genioo is a fantastic company with a passion for excellence. It sets high standards of performance and the team takes great pride in meeting the high bar and is always looking to raise it higher.
Genioo follows several best practices which are far ahead of most companies at its stage of evolution. It has had a very early focus on building a distinctive company culture. Four times a year, employees from all offices get together to jointly shape and update the company strategy, reflect on the journey so far and plan ahead. I do not know of another consulting company, where all employees irrespective of the function, role or level have such an opportunity to participate in shaping the company. The company also actively invests in enabling employees to have fun moments together, for example over the company sponsored delicious daily lunch, carefully prepared by an in-house cook, and often team-building cooking sessions. One of the highlights is the annual company offsite at Zermatt, where the team works hard, parties hard and sets the ski slopes on fire!

I worked at Genioo AG in the Finance and Accounting team for 1 year. Working here gave me the chance to learn about the processes followed here, a new ERP system and working in a truly international set-up. I found my colleagues to be warm, approachable and very helpful. A number of big / small events take place throughout the year which provide opps for teams in different geographies to meet / interact. The energy in the office is highly infectious! Lunch times give additional opportunities for freely interacting with everyone. Employees have a great perk of super healthy, freshly made, in-house lunches everyday :-)
