Non-transparent leadership - ongoing poor decisions lead to uncertainty
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nice projects, good food and nice colleagues
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Benefits were eliminated.
Long-time employees leave the company
Management decisions are incomprehensible
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Take care of your employees before they decide to leave. Finding new workers is time and capital consuming. it would be easier to promote existing employees.
If management says it is transparent, then it also demonstrates transparency and reveals what things really are
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Unfortunately, the working atmosphere has developed negatively
Kommunikation
Lack of communication between the management and the employees
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues are nice
Work-Life-Balance
Office duties poison the atmosphere - you have to be present in the office from Monday to Thursday - but this rule doesn't seem to apply to everyone
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
In my opinion, the wrong people are being promoted - depends on wether the management likes you or not.
