This used to be a good place but since COVID everything spiraled into business ego-driven decisions, empty promises, and erratic decision-making.
Here are some of the biggest points you need to know before applying at Ginetta:
Employees safety and psychological safety
- No real care for employees' safety as seen during COVID from management (forced office presence for fragile person or scared person)
- The removal of any Project Management role created a lot of work on the designer's shoulder.
Management behavior and decisions
- Management's delusional wish to grow caused the rent of the second floor in Zurich that cost an arm and leg per month.
- Due to poor budget forecast about 10 employees were let go in May (some of them after their 5th day of work, one of them, 2 days before her start).
- 4 days obligatory onsite so the management "can see you working"
