Arbeitsatmosphäre
The move to the new building was rushed. Not enough meeting rooms so everyone is taking calls from their desk. It looks modern from the outside, but from inside you can tell the issues.
They decided to force us to come to the office 4 times per week, despite the fact that in the interview process we agreed on 2. We even signed an official company agreement that stated that we will work 60% remote. The company dishonored that agreement and decided to force everyone to go to the office 4 times per week. Some colleaques got exceptions, but only unter very certain conditions.
Kommunikation
If you don't speak German, you should learn. The official language of the company is German, let's face it.

Work-Life-Balance
You have 8:30 required hours of work per day + at least 30 minutes of lunch break (you need to clock out). At least we get 1 week in Christmas off and bridge days.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Not all of them are old, which makes it fine for some departments.
Interessante Aufgaben
There are some interesting tasks, but the delay from colleaques and the need of review of everything makes you unwilling to do anything.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
The age of the dinosaurs is back again. At least they speek English.
Arbeitsbedingungen
- Monitoring system on the laptop that takes screenshot every 1 hour.
- You need to badge in and badge out, even when you go to grab a coffee from the canteen that is on the 1st flour.
- Not enough meeting rooms, so it's noisy in the office.
- Equipment is just fine.
- Colleaques that should not be in certain positions, are, due to politics.
