Impossible! Plan changes every second day and they often forget to communicate/ask the staff if that's ok. Always doing overtime (not as normal - ALWAYS), so you better make no plans after the shift. Management is only asking and not giving back. This frustrates me a lot and makes me feel used.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Always paid punctually. Salary is equal to the minimum settled by the Swiss law; when compared to the amount of work and the stress experienced is way to low. At least you have a "good" work experience to put on the CV..
