Due to the location of the hotel and the lack of other means of transportation other that the train, it takes most of us , quite some time to and from work. But the main reason one can not have a good work-life- balance is the way the working schedule is made. We always find out the time we are supposed to be working the day before. I know when I have a day off but it would be nice to know about the hole week so that I could plan my personal life in advance.

The salary is satisfactory but it could be better, especially with the amount of work that some people do. When you combine it with the extra income that comes from the tipps then it gets better. The great thing is that the payments are always on time.
