The amount of interview rounds is crazy, everyone wants to participate in the hiring decision, even the people who have no clue about the job or have never read the job description and are absolutely not qualified to make those kind of decisions. Most of those leadership employees do not speak any swiss german, because they are not interested in learning it. Furthermore, those self-proclaimed leadership employees lack a lot of leadership- and soft skills. I had a very bad and quite toxic impression after the whole interview process about this company. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. For me personally it was a waste of time.

They asked one trillion questions about me and my job experience. But if you dare to ask them something about the job, you get high level answers, which are definitely not enough to understand the job. They are searching for someone, who is willing to do everything without questioning it... but taking the whole responsibility.
