Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Overall, there’s a lot of talk about the importance of the work you do, but in the end, it feels like you get nothing in return. Avoid.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

My experience was extremely disappointing. There were endless promises of promotions, bonuses, or meaningful projects, but in the end, there was always some excuse as to why none of it materialised.

Kommunikation

I experienced communication from managers to subordinates as poor, with many projects being thrown at you last-minute, often poorly explained, and with zero regard for work-life balance.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

The salary is below market standards (also due to high payouts to rental services), and the bonus system is abysmal. To make matters worse, the notice period for AM level and above is a ridiculous 4+ months, effectively tying you to the role and complicating the process of finding a new job.

Additionally, if you resign, you lose any annual bonus you may have earned, even if you're still an employee at the time bonuses are paid out. This policy is incredibly frustrating and demotivating. And no, the last point is not directly communicated to you, you just find it out at the end of the year.
