- love the product

- home office not formalized in the company
- bad connections with train (sometimes it even gets cancelled). maybe set up a bus from zürich? (also for the tourist)
- no contribution for public transportation to come to office
- not really courses to learn something more
- no contribution with partners for sports/gym
- no internal clubs (football, volleball etc.)
- no good canteen with proper food
- no area relax/library with books to deep your knowledge for instance
