Not much - would have said culture but apparently our culture in a nutshell is "we wear our products with pride" so i revise that point.

Start talking to all managers and make it clear to them that they need to take care of their employees instead of just exploiting them and enjoying their superior position.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Currently everyone is frustrated as we lack direction and input from our supervisors. Team Cohesion on the other hand is great as every team starts to organize themself individually.

Informed about what we have achieved and what we want to achieve but on a very superficial level.

Work-Life-Balance
Long travel to work as Mammut isn't located well. Being able to do half of working days per month home office makes up for that a bit.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
They only look after themselves and their network within the industry. I'm used to managers not taking care of day-to-day tasks, but at Mammut they neither provide input for the team nor do they support overarching strategic decisions. Even if you try to do your best your getting lost.
Interessante Aufgaben
Mammut does have the products and potential to do nice things. Marketing just needs to step up.
