Nothing honestly, If you read the other reviews, and I'm not talking about the 5 star reviews that are clearly fake ( they actively request employees to give good reviews to boost company image, i know that because they also asked me)

Management ignores the work and life balance needs of employees, making them work overtime and on weekends, and demanding unrealistic deadlines without allowing overtime pay.
Employees are often underpaid, with fake and nonexistent bonuses used to lure people in.
The company's work environment can be detrimental to mental health, and burnouts are a common occurrence.
Project scopes are poorly defined, and there is no grasp of the concept of quality versus quantity, time, and resources.
Underdeveloped and lacks potential compared to other companies in the same industry.
Promotions are impossible to obtain, unrealistic expectations are given to employees regularly.
Aggression and hostile behavior are common in both verbal and written communication among team members, including managers who often yell and make false accusations.
There is a clear divide between the buddies group of management and everyone else.
Management is lacking in organization, qualifications, experience, and empathy. They exhibit favoritism, micromanage employees, and bully them if they do not comply with their demands.
They disagree with inputs from employees without any argument, regardless of expertise.

Create a system for reporting incidents of discrimination, or other toxic behavior, and ensure that all reports are taken seriously and addressed promptly.
Evaluate the financial health of the company and create a realistic budget that aligns with the company's current financial situation and accounts for SALARIES, since they keep missing payments, and not just for salaries.
Encourage transparency and open communication between all levels of employees, including management and staff.
Create opportunities for career development that are based on merit, rather than just seniority or favoritism.
Consider bringing in an external HR specialist to assess the workplace and provide recommendations for improvement, since HR at Nomoko is a joke.

Kommunikation
Communication? Nomoko doesn't know what that means. Coming from a honest Business background where I learned to be honest and to be clear, it's mind blowing to me how they are able to convince people to invest, and keep investing. Most likely they have a professional scam approach when dealing with investors, over promising, and luring them in with buzzwords
If we look at internal communication it's a complete disaster, both from management, and C E O and C F O, they even seem to try the same approach they do with investors, but sadly for them most employees see it right away and leave.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Some are nice, but they end up leaving after 2 or 3 months, the only people that stay in the job are the bad co-workers that enjoy drama and use shady tactics to keep themselves on top.
Work-Life-Balance
Depends where you land, if you land on a group that likes the "family" concept, and cares more about taking around nonsense, you might end up actually enjoying it, you do what you want, stay home most of the time doing your own stuff, and not really care much for anything. If you end up in the other end of the spectrum, you will became overworked, do a lot of overtime, and most likely burnout after a while.

C E O and C F O are completely clueless of the company status, both financially and structurally wise. Pointing out problems is impossible, they are unreachable, and even if you are able to secure a chat with them, they will most likely ignore you, even though they will pretend to listen to your concerns.

Favoritism is a real problem at Nomoko, and that should be clear by all reviews you can see here.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Dirty old office, old equipment, sometimes you dont even have the right equipment, they will actively make you do shores around the office, like cleaning, re arranging stuff around the office, i even heard people stating they had to do the entire office moving when they changed office.
Regarding work it self, it's chaotic, management has no clue about the product specifications, stressful, with aggressive and toxic behavior.

I will quote another review here that i think was on point " They want to portray a young/cool/fresh/modern image but have no intention of living this on the inside as well. They do not care about their employees, and fire them at will, have generally no financial planning and let their employees suffer the consequences"
