Nothing honestly, If you read the other reviews, and I'm not talking about the 5 star reviews that are clearly fake ( they actively request employees to give good reviews to boost company image, i know that because they also asked me)
- Leere versprechen - Kein richtiges Onboarding - Head of Sales, kommt aus dem Marketing und hat keine Erfahrung im Sales, dass Spiegelt sich in allen Bereichen wieder
Management ignores the work and life balance needs of employees, making them work overtime and on weekends, and demanding unrealistic deadlines without allowing overtime pay. Employees are often underpaid, with fake and nonexistent bonuses used to lure people in. The company's work environment can be detrimental to mental health, and burnouts are a common occurrence. Project scopes are poorly defined, and there is no grasp of the concept of quality versus quantity, time, and resources. Underdeveloped and lacks potential compared ...
all of the above. - Stressfull hireing process, forcing you to quit your existing job before 'beeing able to offer you something' - No money to pay their employees on time - hiring people on 'dead' projects - firing people while they are still in probation - overly complicated processes and documentation - bad company spirit - try to trick people into thinking they care by buying 'pizza lunches' every 2 weeks. So generous. Hope it doesnt kill the budget for salaries.
Here are some suggestions: Conduct regular training and workshops for all employees, especially managers, on topics like communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence. Create a system for reporting incidents of discrimination, or other toxic behavior, and ensure that all reports are taken seriously and addressed promptly. Evaluate the financial health of the company and create a realistic budget that aligns with the company's current financial situation and accounts for SALARIES, since they keep missing payments, and not just for salaries. ...
- Stop behaving like a faceless american startup and take responsability for your mess instead of letting your employees suffer - start living what you preach instead of inventing 1000 unnessecary overly complicated processes - dont hire people if you have no money!!! - pay your employees!!!
This is highly personal but it is what you make it. The company provides extreme amount of flexibility, home office, remote office. I feel like there is trust and also trust that work gets done without the need of controlling and reporting. There are tools in place but they're not overwhelming. In general there seems to be more trust with regards to work getting done, but I believe this is because of better processes in place and an actual company ...
The HR department did one thing: introducing home office without regulation or requiring reports. The work-life-balance is good as you can go whenever you need or want to.
Communication? Nomoko doesn't know what that means. Coming from a honest Business background where I learned to be honest and to be clear, it's mind blowing to me how they are able to convince people to invest, and keep investing. Most likely they have a professional scam approach when dealing with investors, over promising, and luring them in with buzzwords If we look at internal communication it's a complete disaster, both from management, and C E O and C F ...
They have severe financial issues and could not pay our salaries, and only after 1.5 months learned that maybe communicating could be a good idea. Before that all we heard was 'it will for sure be payed next week' and next week would be the same story. Its honestly amazing noone sued you!
There is a lot of effort into planning a path forward on a career level however I have not yet seen this implemented fully. I am not sure how I can be supported carrier wise in the long term and what the company can offer. We will see.
