nothing. The disrespect is in this company is real

all of the above.
- Stressfull hireing process, forcing you to quit your existing job before 'beeing able to offer you something'
- No money to pay their employees on time
- hiring people on 'dead' projects
- firing people while they are still in probation
- overly complicated processes and documentation
- bad company spirit
- try to trick people into thinking they care by buying 'pizza lunches' every 2 weeks. So generous. Hope it doesnt kill the budget for salaries.

- Stop behaving like a faceless american startup and take responsability for your mess instead of letting your employees suffer
- start living what you preach instead of inventing 1000 unnessecary overly complicated processes
- dont hire people if you have no money!!!
- pay your employees!!!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
They allow Working from home, but have little to no way to create a company culture that would survive homeoffice.
Kommunikation
They have severe financial issues and could not pay our salaries, and only after 1.5 months learned that maybe communicating could be a good idea. Before that all we heard was 'it will for sure be payed next week' and next week would be the same story. Its honestly amazing noone sued you!
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I had regular daily calls due to onboarding and getting to know the product, but was also told this was too much. It felt very hard and difficult to get to know people, as everyone likes to keep to themselves or wothin their team

Great because i had almost no tasks before they fired me during my probation

unreachable, uncommunicative, generally do not seem to be aware of the atmosphere of their employees
Interessante Aufgaben
Got hired for a project that has been declared dead for the past 6 months. Therefor was stuck with little stuff noone really cared about and any or all suggested changes were turned down. Felt like i/my job was not needed and did not know what i should be working on the majority of the day

- Tables that are generally too high and chairs that are not ajustable to a ergonomic height.
- They allow working from home but do not want to give/pay you suitable equipment

They want to portray a young/cool/fresh/modern image but have no intention of living this on the inside as well. They do not care about their employees, and fire them at will, have generally no financial planning and let their employees suffer the consequenses

want you to set up a carreer goal only to fire you a few days later.
