Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

All the rest. Toxic place, no work-life-balance, long working hours which are not payed, 42h working week is much exceeded (you work more than 45h weekly), micormanaging, lack of communication, lack of respect for regular employees from C-level, lack of benefits.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Well, everything? First start from work-life-balance and stopping being toxic. Learn being humble (especially C-level). Your employees are humans, not machines.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Depends from the team, but people are under constant stress and micromanaged.

Kommunikation

There is lack of communication. People get to know information as gossips. Everything handeled between C-level, employees get to know everything as very last, when (bad) decisions are made.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Colleagues are nice, some are too ambitious, but in overall that's one of two good things there.

Work-Life-Balance

Work-Life-What? It doesn't exist in that place. Everyday overhours (not paid of course), working on weekends for free as well as during your holidays. You are expected to join calls which are even around 20/21. If you want to go on longer (2 weeks holidays) you can, but you will see disapproval look from your managers. Home office? They even have a policy written (in very toxic style), that working from office is crucial. They kindly gave 1 day HO for CSOL positions and 2 days for the rest, but if your manager doesn't like HO, you won't have it. Micromanaging recuires being in the office.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Micormanaging is on every day basis. Supervisors think to have always right, never make mistakes. If the company doesn't achieve the impossibile to reach goals, then there is employees problem, not supervisors. Constant control. You can't speak your own mind.

Interessante Aufgaben

Tasks are quite interesting, but the company is acting like a start-up (company is almost 30 y.o., it is not start-up anymore), so a lot of things you have to invent by yourself.

Everyone is treated equally.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Colleagues are nice and helpful. One of the good parts of this company.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Work in small, crowded, dark office with no air conditioning. Next year they are moving to big new office, too big for the number of employees, but maybe will be nicer. Work laptop and phone granted.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

ESG is a part of the company, they are recycling, doing days for environment, but it is still manly-dominated place.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Salary is good, but that's all. No other benefits, maybe expect for the fully paid 4 months maternity leave and 10 or 12 CHF for lunch in canteen.

Can't say much, as before I have never heard about such company. They act like they are crucial for Swis economy, but when you ask random Swiss if has heard about them, won't tell you so.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

They want people to make trainings, but the best after working hours. They pay for them. They also offer German course. When it comes to career, it depends from your supervisor. One will make you be promoted fast, one will keep you on the same position for 4 years, saying you don't do enough (even if you do).
