compared to other consulting firms good, a lot could be improved when leadership would plan and care more for their people (also in reality and not just in a CEO prime talk)

Really depends. Some Partners highly engaged. Many senior Partners not a good example in their maturity level

when you invest you can learn a lot, do not expect real appreciation from leaders
