I have never seen a company communicating so bad. Insane that we consult other companies but are incapable of doing it ourselfs
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Manager and below are in the same boat so they help each other to survive. Above that it's jus backstabbing and positioning yourself while pushing others down.
Work-Life-Balance
It is simple: Lower grades have a very bad salary in general and in Tax and Legal services even 20% lower than in other line of services and you work the most. Forget about your private life. Director and above have high salary on the back of the lower grade.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
No Manager Skills what soever. PwC does not care about staff. Thats why there is such a high turnover. People tend to leave very fast.
Interessante Aufgaben
Depending on the project. Can be very repetitive.
Gleichberechtigung
A lot of greenwashing. At the end of the day look at the facts: Hardly any females on director or partner level. No wonder, who wants to work for a company that is so having any values.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Only older people are the old greedy male partners. No other older people working there. So much for divesity and inclusion.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
No one cares. A lot of greenwahsing. They fire people without a prior notice and only focus on what can increase the Partner Bonus.

It's unbelievable but the reputation is still good even though its not justified. The amount of useless work billed to the client is insane. Clients are still paying it but i guess the reputation is shrinking since the satisfaction on the client side decreases.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is no time or willingness to support staff development. The only way to climb the ladder is to stay silent, never speak up, and blindly follow whatever madness is thrown your way. It strongly resembles the dynamics of a communist regim e.
