Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our leadership. We've been navigating some challenging times, and it's possible that our current leadership structure hasn't met everyone's expectations. However, I want to assure you that we are actively working on refining our organizational setup for a better experience.

Regarding your concerns about career and training opportunities, it's not clear why you rated us low. We have allocated budgets and established policies to support external training, which we actively promote. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive internal radicant Academy that covers various educational topics.

As for the communication rating, I am wondering about the low score. We hold weekly all-hands meetings to share the latest leadership updates, monthly town halls for strategic insights, and maintain an open-door culture. If you ever feel like you're missing out on information, don't hesitate to approach the relevant person and ask – sharing is encouraged.

Nonetheless, we are committed to continual improvement and will closely examine how we can enhance our processes even further. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we appreciate your input. Thank you.
