Failure has a name
Arbeitsatmosphäre
No team spirit. If you are lucky you are Italian passport holder and enter into the Italian "gang". If not your screwed.
Kommunikation
Communication is a foreign word at the company. Their style of communication is questionable, hence it consists of shouting at employees, putting employees under pressure on both: a personal and professional level.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Zero. You can smell the competition spirit among the colleagues. No transparency, no togetherness, no team spirit. The competition spirit is not a healthy one, the environment in this company is toxic.
Work-Life-Balance
It depends. If you fall under the "being Italian benefit" you can pretty much do whatever you feel like. Managers would leave the office for hours to play soccer or tennis during working hours and miss meetings that were scheduled with the own team. Just one of many examples.
Others work endless hours an are not allowed to report these in the time tool.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
There might be great people, just haven't met them yet.
Mobbing is maybe the smartest way to describe the philosophy of their understanding of management. Leading by example does not exist.
The language level is lowest waistline.
Manager who have been hired have a questionable background. Professionalism is leaking.
Interessante Aufgaben
Recruitment can be full of endless and interesting activities.
Gleichberechtigung
As mentioned, too old fashioned, too Italian, too "macho like".
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Haven't seen anything negative.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Lovely office view.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Depends how you negotiate. The mentality is the following "who shouts the loudest gets the most".
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Questionable. A lot pf promises but at the end you depend on your manager.
