Verbesserungsvorschläge
Change the fixed mindest Managers. Trust young people, who are clearly updated how the market works. Listen to find solutions! Apologise when you are wrong, change and swallow the big Egos! Managers should stop stealing Bonus from newbies that are clearly earning way less than a Manager. In general they need a RESTART, this place is already very toxic and nothing can save it anymore.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The office is like a funeral, rarely people laugh or joke around, felt like working with Burned-out Robots or people who didn't like their jobs.
Kommunikation
Communication is the biggest problem this company has and The Adecco Group as well, Managers no matter how bad they are, they are protected from the HR Business Partner. This company shows you that HR is actually no your friend, and doesn't care about people.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
They all care for themselves.
Work-Life-Balance
Even though The Adecco Group likes to be known as a company that cares for the "Work-Life-Balance" the Managers clearly don't. If you go home at 17:30 they'll give you a side look and make you feel bad that you are leaving. The extra hours are not noted, because the Managers suggest you to not do it, so the HR won't see it, and they won't get any problems.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Disgusting, the Managers at Spring are really bad people, I hope they'll get fired soon, because these kind of people kill your motivation. The Managers have the "I know better" attitude, they micromanage people, are very old school, lazy and ask you to do their work, they have in general a very bad reputation at their EX Employers where they worked before Spring.
Interessante Aufgaben
Nothing, boring. They are not open to new ideas, because they know better ;-).

They are lucky enough to be under the shadow of The Adecco Group, but in general I would say the Image is pretty bad, such a shame that Managers are ruining a brand with a lot of potential.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
They don't even train enough the Trainees who have never worked in Recruitment before.
