People being bullied in front of others, disguised as "joking!" Disgusting.
Kommunikation
Emails preferred. A manager would shout at you like crazy being closed door cause he is always right even though being completely wrong knowing nothing about the topic.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Lot of mistrust and back stabbing few colleagues were okay.
Work-Life-Balance
Zero. Sit your hours up. Pinching cards for everyone, even highly qualified staff. Home Office was the biggest "no go" back then, like under NO circumstances.

Free workshops were okay, but only when hours were compensated afterwards. The Company was willing to invest zero Francs in Learning.
