As usual, lot of issues, firefighting mode for years now, but the culture is the following:
we have a problem, we must act on it, but most likely we have no or very limited budget for it... buuut it needs to be shown, that we are the best, so very quickly the project will be rushed through with half-baked, cheap solutions..and only the unhappy employees stay behind with some fingerpointing...
