Local Leadership is more 90% men, white ! And in the 5 last years, only men were promoted to managers position ! So despite the policiy, not so much effort to increase gender diversity at every level !
Recognition of level of expertise is really dependant on the department : same experience can lead to more than 4 different compensation grade

Too loud office, too hot in winter, too warm in sommer. Very difficult to be foccussed

in theory yes, in practice they don't support trainings and the opportunities for developpment and advancement aren't published. No true and factual selection of candidates for internal position : managers give them to their friends
