Thank you for your feedback. We are sad to hear that you experienced our company in this way. Every organisation has a historical background which defines their structures. This has also an impact on the hierarchy and the industry knowledge. We would like to highlight that our leadership team is continually trained and developed.
Furthermore, due to the centralised HR processes internal recruitment helps keep a fair, accessible, process for everyone where all employees have the possibility to apply.
Our company develops and supplies a niche product within Aviation and IT. This requires specific knowledge and know-how which takes many years to build up. Therefore, we do need to take this into account when making promotions as incomplete knowledge or competence could potentially impact the individual, their team, the company and ultimately the customer.
Our company is currently going through a big change process and therefore, we are in the phase of redefinition and finding new ways as an organisation. As such, as much as it saddens us to hear that you did not have a positive experience, we would always welcome feedback that allows us to grow and improve as a people centric company.
