We acknowledge that there were times when physical presence was closely monitored in previous years. However, due to policy and management/HR department changes, we now offer our employees much more flexible working as well as an improved office space. sQ employees and their managers self-manage their presence in the office and their working hours. We have received positive feedback from employees for implementing these important changes.

At present and for future, salaries and salary payments are not subject to personal preferences of any individual Manager at swissQuant and swissQuant pays competitive market rate salaries.
