Great culture, highlighted and lived by senior management and staff alike. Difficult decisions are taken to protect the so called "SYGN values". Some may not like it and leave nasty comments here (which confirms the importance of doing it).

Weekly coherence calls where management give business updates, and team members present their key priorities. Good for alignment.
Company could do more to share info in writing too.

Great place to work, no politics (and if there are politics steps are taken), many activities, team bbq's etc.
Work-Life-Balance
flexible - no "show face" culture. But team wants to grow and win, i.e. there is meritocracy around. A players like it, maybe c players not so much

Walking the talk. Room to train mid management team more. There are some line managers doing this the first time, and this can be felt at times. Company grew very fast, needs time to absorb growth.

Tech stack is state of the art, combining topics such as blockchain, cloud, micro service architecture etc. A great place for a dev to learn and grow

A topic that the company could focus on more specifically and also communicate more around it.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Base salary ok, together with entrepreneurial incentive very good. Important: For those focusing on "money now" jobs Sygnum may not be the right place. Company fosters entrepreneurial thinking and incentives.
