The good thing about Westhouse is that there is a regular exchange of constructive feedback within the teams.
Employees receive feedback from managers and employees can also share feedback with their managers. All this is always done in a respectful and caring way with the sole aim of progressing towards the common goal of the team and the company.
Communication is very open and our regional site manager is always open to new suggestions from employees: he always says: don't hesitate to ask and it's true he listens to us.

Westhouse is a very good company that takes care of its employees and encourages us to take our holidays. I still remember my first day at Westhouse where I was directly encouraged to think about when to take my holidays.

The company has a flexible approach to the home office and has flexible working hours too. Westhouse takes care of the health of its employees.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

I am grateful to my managers for their mentoring/coaching approach, always listening and very open. My managers supports their team 200%. My managers have high standards, the only goal being to maintain the quality of the service provided by Westhouse and this is normal: I am more than happy to contribute to hold and improve the company standards by their sides. I learn a lot from them and hope to continue to learn and grow with both of them for a long time to come :)

Interessante Aufgaben

My tasks are diverse, which makes my job exciting. In the morning I am happy to get up and go to work because I know I will find a good atmosphere in the office, talk to my colleagues and do interesting work.
