Dear Ex-colleague,

Thank you very much for taking the time to give AAM your personal evaluation as an employer, we are sorry that you rate a number of aspects of your working relationship with us negatively.

If you were still working here I would encourage you to contact the HR Team to address some of the issues you raise. For the benefit of others reading this, I would like to pick up on a couple of your comments:

• We know that working in sales can be stressful at times, management “by fear” is however not in our leadership codex.
• Associates working for AAM in Germany do not have to be available 24/7.
• We actually have a broad generational mixture at this location – one of the larger groups being Generation X. Our Generation Z group is currently rather under-represented.
• Our concerns for the future are set out in our corporate sustainability report 2021 where we, for example, commit to using only renewable energy in the US by the end of 2025.
• I am personally responsible for ensuring open positions are promoted internally and externally and am pleased to report that we often have a mix of internal and external candidates in our selection process.

I regret that not more of these aspects of working life at AAM were tangible for you, wish you nonetheless every success in your future pursuits and thank you for contributing to the development of our company.
