Sehr nach vorne schauendes und erfolgreiches Unternehmen. Der Zusammenhalt der Leute ist über alle Abteilungen hinweg gut, man freut sich auf die Firmenfeiern, die jetzt endlich wieder "life" stattfinden können.

Ich denke, das Unternehmen weiß, woran es arbeiten muss. Hierzu gibt es regelmäßig Umfragen. Auf die Ergebnisse wird immer eingegangen und das Feedback ernst genommen.
Noch langfristiger und risikoreicher denken um das tolle Produkt noch weiter nach vorne zu bringen!

A gym in the facility for the employees could be nice.
Die Firma ist sehr ambitioniert. Das führt in allen Bereich immer wieder zu viel Druck auf die Mitarbeiter. Wichtig wäre manchmal, besser zu priorisieren.
Der am besten bewertete Faktor von AB Enzymes ist Umgang mit älteren Kollegen mit 4,4 Punkten (basierend auf 2 Bewertungen).
Es werden auch ältere Personen eingestellt, die sich genauso bewähren können wie die jüngeren. Im Chemietarif ist außerdem Altersfreizeit für ab 57-jährige geregelt, was zu mehr Urlaub führt. In der Vergangenheit wurde einigen Personen nach sehr langer Betriebszugehörigkeit gekündigt. Ich denke aber, dass dies nicht am Alter derjenigen gelegen hat. Es gibt einige Angestellte mit weit über 30 Jahren Betriebszugehörigkeit.
Es gibt gewisse Vorteile für Kollegen die z.B. schon länger dabei sind.

Für Führungskräfte gibt es recht viel Angebot. Entwicklung und Weiterbildung sollte für Mitarbeiter mehr angeboten werden. Nach der letzten Mitarbeiterbefragung gibt es ein Team, das einen Maßnahmenkatalog erstellt, die müssen aber erst umgesetzt werden.
Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen werden oft nur für die Führungskräfte angeboten.
