Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
All colleagues are friendly. When you have an issue you can address it right away. The office is close to the Berlin Center and therefore easy to reach.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The company is doing many things in a very old-fashioned way. Many things that could be automated with software are done manually. This leads to a lot of very boring tasks which have outcomes that are worse than things that could have been achieved by software solutions. There are no real opportunities to step up the career leader because the hierarchy is very flat. The salary for msot positions is below market average.

The company should invest in new software. The company should create clear carrier paths. The company should reconsider the salary paid to certain positions.
