Revise the whole concept of the company and start dismissing the bosses, especially the boss from the laboratory
never ever seen something like that before. when you asked a employee every gave the same answer: i want to die
also nonexistent... it doesn't matter if you was a trainee, a student or a full time worker... a normal day was > 9 hours full of work
you came to company at 8.30 a.m and leaves the company early one evening at 6 p.m; normal 7 p.m
as a student i would say normal
as a full time work, definitely not enough

hmm, actually 0. nonexistent in this company. the bosses only give orders and do nothing themselves or only mistakes that you then have to work through
0 / 10; whenever you or the lab management has done something wrong it was always you who did the mistakes, because reason nr #1:
the bosses never do anything wrong
So daily routine means, that it was normal to let the depressive hysterical woman yell at you because she couldn't see her own mistakes
