I have not found any major issues so far but if I should mention something this could be that sometimes the decision-making process is quite slow.

Friendly, collaborative and relaxed atmosphere to work. Overall, there is a positive environment. Some activities are organised outside working hours and there are many benefits that make the working hours more exciting. Colleagues are nice and disponible to help.

I think it depends on the department. I can say that I get along well with my superior and that she is empathetic and available to any possible matter even outside working hours. I did not have any bad experience so far.
