Good product but bad A/B-Level management in many departments creates a bad mood all over aedifion.

Everyone is nice and it is said that you are always approachable. But due to the high volume of work, this is not really possible for them. Even though they really mean it.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Too little is done for the employees concerned in terms of: Conflict resolution. I don't know how much longer this will continue. But I'm out anyway. Good luck!

There is something wrong with the managers within the departments. They are not empathetic or neutral. They are patronizing and personal. Appoint the right people to such important positions. And not those who have no idea about it and sometimes are even the most unpopular persons within the company.
Not everyone studied is ready for it!
In one department, even the 2nd person has left within just one year. No consequences for the supervisor. Wake up!

Depends on the department you work in. There are good and badly run departments. But I am just talking about my “issues”.
The mood was good though, regarding the company as a group. I guess, I had just bad luck with my department.
But in the end the whole company mood changed already.

It was never worse than in my department.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
You can find friends here. And that is what kept me thinking positive. But everything comes some day to an end, when it is not gonna to change – unfortunately! So that is why I had to leave.

It's good on the outside, but it's getting worse and worse inside the company. Colleagues are moving away or are no longer present at regular-table-meetings (after work). That should be a red flag for C-Level and HR!
