Arbeitsatmosphäre
The environment is very positive and therefore I like working on site way more than home office. The office is stylish and there are a lot of small but valuable benefits like snacks and free drinks, a terrace and positive people around.
Kommunikation
I feel like the communication is friendly, open and mindful. It is possible to joke with colleagues even when stresful periods happen. PO for my team does a lot to constantly improve and keep up the good communication between team members. HR/ C-Level is always open for a talk and also actively motivating people to come by and have a chat or ask questions.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
For me the team at Aesir is the best experience I ever had with people. I feel like everyone is trustworthy and interested in other peoples well being. If questions arise I never ran into anyone refusing to help me. It was more the opposite: people are happy to help and engage in tasks when one gets stuck.
Work-Life-Balance
The 38h week is a nice benefit. Keeping in mind that gaming industry can be a really stresfull environment, I feel like I can end my work at reasonable times and if I overdo my hours, it is because I want to, not because I felt forced to do so. Also you can shift hours during the week and have a core working time. Making an appointment during the week was always possible for me. At home/ after work I don't feel affected negatively by work related topics or stress. PO always reminds people that it is not expected nor wanted to overdo hours, if you don't want to do so.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
People in any position were always respectful and friendly towards me and the leaders always take responsibility and action.
Interessante Aufgaben
Since this is my dream job I of course love each of my tasks and especially the learning opportunities are a bonus point. But objectively I do think that tasks are interesting at this company and there is a wide variety thanks to different projects.

The team is very diverse and everyone is treated respectfully as far as I can judge that.

My mental health has improved during my time at this company because I feel like I have a very supportive employer and a secure and positive work environment. There is a lot of improvements going on from HR/ C-Level side and constant evaluation on ideas how to make it even better for employees.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
I do think environmental things are sadly a tiny weak spot, because the trash doesn't really get seperated. Also thete is paper towels instead of towels/ towel rolls in the bathroom leading to a big waste of paper. But other than that I can't complain. I don't even think the company overuses electricity or anything because lights are shut off when people leave rooms and devices are unplugged/ switched off. Of course remote computers need to stay on.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I personally feel like I get a fair salary and one the BIGGEST PLUS for me next to the amazing team is that you get completely free transportation and a subsidy for lunch + some pocket money on a credit card. I think this is amazing and makes a big difference in overall quality of life!

Karriere/Weiterbildung
The learning opportunities are huge and one can have as many additional responsibilities as they want. It is not forced on people to learn more or to take more responsibilities, though! You can use the field day for improving skills. Also the projects allow to extend skills daily, the use of new technology keeps everyone in the loop. In addition to that a lot of people are intrinsically motivated to learn and update themselves leading to a high motivation to do the same!
