Enormous fluctuation in IT - with a reason
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
In my first months there, the team was composed of fantastic people, learned some from them.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
All those good coworkers left one by one over less than 6 months and top-management didn't even notice (or care?) about it.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Find out what didn't change during all the years where good staff was worn down after approx 2 years or suffered from burn-out and you have the reason for it.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
In all departments except IT it seems to be at least ok.
Kommunikation
Most times information was given after everyone knew already - and not always correct.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
In hostile environments people stick together well...
Work-Life-Balance
It was never enough, unrealistic goals time and again.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
There's a reason why 85% of the team left within 7 months.
Interessante Aufgaben
If I would have been doing what I was hried for, yes. But in this dept. its normal to be forced to jobs assigned you weren't hired for, you clearly stated you're not firm in and then get punished for no perfect delivery.
Gleichberechtigung
No issues with me, only seen twice issues with others.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
No issue on my own, only seen one for someone else.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Good desks (hight-adjustable) and chairs (not worn down), airconditioned office rooms, nothing fancy.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Better than average of what I experienced in other employments.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Average.
Image
There is no such thing. Nobody knows this company except Toyota employees.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Overload with work and being forced to accept roles completely off what I was hired for is no foundation for carreer steps, no offers for trainings neither.
