Data Science Lead
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- Salary
- Ability to do home office
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- Extreme micro management
- Bullying
- Constant patronizing and fingerpointing
- No or minimal documentation (technical or business ones)
- Extremely short onboardings (half an hour each max.)
- Persons with minimal managerial skills as managers
- More bosses and less leaders
- If you are not fast part of the network, a decision is based on another's opinion concerning you, without giving you opportunity to express your point of you.
- If someone dislikes you, even if you are professional, you will gonna be fired.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The below comments are only for the Product Ownership and Development Department, in which I have worked:
- Stop the micro-management. There is no need to put colleagues, who have nothing to do with other's work, to spy on people.
- Stop the constant patronizing and finger-pointing.
- Stop the irony and be more respectful when talking with your colleagues.
- Stop the bulying.
- Create professional technical and non-technical documentation about your processes, expecially when it has to do with scripts, and don't expect from other to understand the programming logic of others. You suppose to be a software development company and you dont have professional documentations (really?)
- Make sure that the non-english colleagues are capable on delivering a proper onboardning.
Arbeitsatmosphäre

Work-Life-Balance

Vorgesetztenverhalten

I mean it is a start up.. If they have big customers is because the Top management is coming from a high position from one fo the big four consultancies... so they had already customer network.
