Thank you for your feedback and your time. We are very happy that you rate the opportunity for further education positively. We put a lot of effort into supporting our employees in their professional development.
A lack of personal connection and cutthroat mentality is news to us! In our latest Employee Satisfaction Survey, our sense of community achieved some of the highest ratings compared to other items. Also, more than 80 % of employees agreed that they are accepted the way they are, feel well integrated and can rely on the support of their colleagues when facing problems. A lot of this is due to our various events and our inviting office atmosphere which helps foster personal exchange beyond work. While our leadership positions have profitability in mind, among other issues and topics, they are also the ones helping in organizing those events mentioned.
At [at], we take great pride in our strong bottom-up culture. There are certainly also situations in which management makes business decisions after obtaining feedback from various stakeholders, including employee representatives, but this does not prevent commitment and the active personal contribution in initiatives to actively shape the decisions of our leadership.
Regarding our communication, our employees are informed about changes and updates in the company at our monthly office meeting. Additionally, there are regular communications about relevant updates through newsletters and their direct supervisors. As our company grows, we are also adapting our processes and working intensively on satisfactory solutions cross-company for our employees.
Indeed, we need to work on scaling our processes sustainably. And we are already on a good path but welcome all feedback and suggestions for improvement.
