The atmosphere is very supportive. No matter what challenge or level, everyone tries their best to support.
Kommunikation
AMORELIE does a really good job with communication. There are 1-2 meetings per week where everyone gets the latest news about important topics. It is very transparent where the company is right now and what the other teams are doing. Not only successes are shared, challenges too. Still, there is room for improvement. Especially together with the new parent company, EQOM. In the last few months, we have had to deal with a lot of cultural conflicts, but things are getting better.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
AMORELIE's colleagues call themselves 'Lovers' on a 'Loveboat': For me, that says it all. I've had awesome teams in previous jobs, but AMORELIE is truly special. They all really care for each other. For me, that's the most amazing thing about this company.
Work-Life-Balance
Everyone is very careful to your well-being and capacity. Of course, you have to speak up, if you are out of capacities. But if you do, colleagues try to be as supportive as possible. Working hours, sick days and vacation days are taken seriously.
There are also a lot of nice get-togethers. These include drinks in the office, team events with BBQ or boat trips, CSD parades, etc.

With our business, we are role models in diversity and love our quirks. No matter what ethnicity, age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, and other diverse backgrounds you have, you will be more than welcome at AMORELIE. But as we are role models, we should and could do more!
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
The employees are very young. Right now, there is no one older than mid 40.
Arbeitsbedingungen
You get everything you need to be able to work. But a little more IT equipment would be good (e.g. headphones). Since Covid, we are a "remote first" company - so home office is first choice. This could be supported more (e.g. support with electricity costs).
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Sustainability is not taken seriously enough! It is tough with our products and the financial impact, but it should be a much higher priority!
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salaries could be higher.

Promotions are fair. Further training is mostly done internally. Mentoring is happily offered (mostly on demand).
