Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Whoever speaks and mentions a problem, is seen as a problem. Proactivity is punished. Suggesting is punished. Enthusiasm is punished. Just get hired for program management, lick you boss a**, and keep producing power points.

Stop confusing bossy employees with competent ones. Good and competent ones are constantly leaving the company.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Everybody will talk at your back all of the time. The more they smile at you, the more they are badmouthing you.

Kommunikation

Non existing. No honest and open communication!

Kollegenzusammenhalt

This is hard. One day, you get to know a colleague, you get along together very well. You think you maybe found a friend. The day after that colleague smiles at you while you get fired.

Work-Life-Balance

Germans are treated better. It's a fact.
They expect different nationalities to work different hours (no they don't say it, but you will feel it..!)

Vorgesetztenverhalten

No open feedback. Badmouthing at your back. Incompetence. My responsible was incompetent and nervous. Screamed at me. Acted very different when we were alone or in front of the management. Didn't teach me a single thing. Psycho manipulator. But hey these kind of people are trusted.

Interessante Aufgaben

Low technological level.
Programmers are definitely not paid enough.
They sell a spectrometer and a microscope but it seems nobody know how it works.
Technological incompetence.
